Fabriek 61
- Schawijkstraat 61, 2520 Ranst, Belgium
Fabriek 61 is a small-scale meeting venue in Ranst, located in a former praline factory. The character of the industrial building is combined with a calm, homely interior, natural materials and art. This makes the venue suitable for organisers looking for a personal setting for a discussion, a workshop or a business meeting.
The entire ground floor is hired exclusively by one group. There are various rooms, including a multipurpose room, living room, lounge, dining room and veranda with a meeting table. The terrace and garden are also available. The venue welcomes groups of up to 18 people and focuses mainly on meetings with a maximum of 12 participants. The layout can be agreed in advance to suit the programme.
A projector with audio, projection screen, flip chart and SONOS system are available for presentations and working sessions. There is parking on the driveway, a charging point and a bus stop nearby. The peaceful location in Ranst is also easily accessible from Antwerp and Lier.
Drinks and refreshments can be provided for the meeting. For lunch, Fabriek 61 works with regular caterers who provide seasonal meals. The venue is also available for photo shoots and video recordings, with the natural light and carefully arranged rooms serving as a backdrop. The venue is hired for meetings during the day on weekdays. Fabriek 61 thus offers event planners and businesses an inspiring place for small-scale meetings, seminars, workshops and creative sessions.
