Crystal Creek Farm Venue

Set on a 65-acre farm in Crystal Lake, Illinois, Crystal Creek Farm Venue offers a countryside setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Its restored barn provides an indoor event space, complemented by outdoor ceremony areas and landscaped grounds with views across two ponds. The venue can host up to 200 guests for a banquet-style event.

The property gives organisers several spaces to use throughout the day. Couples can prepare in separate bridal and groom's rooms, hold a ceremony outdoors by the water or at the gazebo, and welcome guests on the patio or elevated deck before moving into the barn for dinner and dancing. The upper and lower levels each have a bar area, and heating and air conditioning make the barn suitable for events in different seasons.

Venue hire includes tables, chairs and linens, on-site parking, indoor restrooms and access to a caterer's kitchen. Organisers may choose a licensed caterer of their choice, with food and catering arranged separately from the venue rental. Bar service is available through the venue, with packages offering different drinks and optional additions such as a champagne toast or special drinks.

Alongside weddings, the venue welcomes corporate events and other celebrations. Its combination of barn interiors, outdoor gathering areas and open countryside gives planners room to shape different parts of an event in one location. Crystal Creek Farm Venue is near Prairie Grove and within driving distance of Chicago, Milwaukee and Rockford. Tours are available by appointment for organisers who want to view the spaces and discuss their plans.
