Silverstone Circuits ltd

Silverstone Wing is a large-scale event venue at the heart of Silverstone Circuit, offering organisers a choice of indoor spaces and distinctive motorsport surroundings. Its facilities suit conferences, meetings, exhibitions, product launches, corporate celebrations and private dinners, with options for both smaller gatherings and events on a much larger scale.

The venue includes adaptable halls, meeting rooms and suites, as well as spaces connected with the circuit, such as pit garages and paddock areas. Organisers can choose a room layout and setting to match their programme, whether that means a focused meeting, a multi-room conference or an exhibition with space for delegates to explore. The wider circuit grounds also create opportunities to build outdoor areas into an event, subject to the event brief and availability.

Silverstone's event team works with organisers from the early planning stages, helping them consider the spaces, guest numbers and practical requirements for their occasion. The venue also offers catering as part of its event service, with arrangements tailored to the format of the booking. For dinners and awards evenings, the venue has settings intended for larger groups, while its meeting facilities accommodate a variety of business formats.

With the race circuit as its backdrop, Silverstone Wing provides a memorable setting for corporate events as well as a practical base for meetings and conferences. Its location in Towcester, Northamptonshire, is accessible by road, with event enquiries handled by the Silverstone team.
