L'Orangerie de la Baie

Boulevard de la Canche, 62520 Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, France

In the heart of the equestrian park in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, L'Orangerie de la Baie offers an event venue overlooking the Baie de Canche. Its large windows fill the 400 m² indoor space with light, and the venue also has a 354 m² terrace. The space can be arranged to suit the format and atmosphere required, in a natural setting away from the bustle of the town centre.
The venue hosts private and corporate events. Couples can hold their wedding or a secular ceremony here, with a stated capacity of 220 people for a seated dinner with a dance floor. For receptions, family celebrations and corporate evenings, the space works equally well for a seated meal or a drinks reception. The room can be hired exclusively, and the furniture, including tables, Napoleon chairs, poseur tables and outdoor furniture, is included in the hire. Crockery and table linen need to be arranged separately.
Organisers can also consider seminars, meetings, exhibitions, auctions, private concerts or one-off events such as a pop-up restaurant. The room is listed as accommodating up to 250 people for a seated lunch or 400 people for a standing drinks reception. Seminar packages can combine hire of the equipped space with services such as a welcome coffee, a meal and a break. The sales team supports event organisers and can put them in touch with partner caterers and other suppliers to help prepare their event. A site visit gives guests the chance to explore the spaces and consider how they could be configured to suit the planned programme.
