Pop-up-Horst

Winterhuder Weg 112a, 22085 Hamburg, Germany

Pop-up-Horst offers a versatile event venue in Hamburg's Uhlenhorst district. The former cinema combines historic charm with modernised facilities and is suitable for events with a business, cultural or private purpose. Event planners can book the entire venue or individual areas and adapt the rooms to suit the format.

The former cinema auditorium covers around 190 square metres and, with a ceiling height of about seven metres, offers plenty of space for different set-ups. The adjoining foyer adds around 160 square metres and can be used separately for smaller meetings, group work or receptions. This provides around 350 square metres in total. Depending on the seating arrangement, events for around 20 to 100 people can be held here.

The rooms are suitable for seminars, workshops, training sessions, meetings, talks, conferences and networking events, among other things. Corporate celebrations, family parties, presentations, exhibitions, film screenings and cultural events can also find a suitable setting here. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a projector and projection screens, flipcharts, presentation materials, mobile partition walls and a range of seating arrangements. A cyclorama for photography and yoga mats are also available for suitable event formats. Sound equipment can be provided in partnership with a supplier.

Catering can be arranged on request, for example a business lunch, finger food, soups, cakes, fruit, coffee, tea and water. The venue coordinates the room layout, seating and refreshments with the organisers. The venue is easy to reach thanks to its proximity to Mundsburg underground station and several bus routes. Pop-up-Horst therefore offers a flexible setting for focused work meetings as well as social events.
