Two rooms are available: the Salle des Tautis, with around 30 seats, and the Salle Franz Lagneau, with around 20 seats. This makes the rooms particularly suitable for small groups and modest gatherings. Interested parties can check availability and submit a request through the online booking system. Associations that are already affiliated can request bookings for one or more dates. Non-members and private individuals can also send a request, but this is treated only as an application and does not automatically confirm a booking.
A family gathering or another private event may also be held, subject to certain conditions. Activities involving a meal, dining or catering are not offered. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no lift, which organisers should bear in mind when planning practical arrangements. La Belgradoise is therefore particularly suitable for organisers looking for a compact, functional meeting space for an association, workshop or small gathering, rather than a function room or an event with catering.
