LIT From Within

LIT From Within offers a studio space in downtown Redding that can be hired for events and gatherings. The venue has hosted occasions such as weddings, baby showers, birthday celebrations and club nights, and its open layout can suit a range of event formats. Organisers looking for a more intimate local setting can consider it for a private celebration, a social gathering, a workshop or a small business event.

The studio is also home to a wellness and movement business. Its current programme includes dance, yoga and Pilates classes, alongside services such as infrared sauna, light therapy, Shiftwave vibration sessions and organic airbrush tanning. This gives the space a distinctive wellness-studio character, rather than the feel of a conventional function hall. The business also presents classes and workshops as part of its wider offering.

Located on Placer Street in central Redding, LIT From Within provides event organisers with a local space that can be adapted to different types of gatherings. The venue's past use for both celebrations and community activities suggests it may appeal to people seeking a less formal atmosphere. Organisers can contact the business to confirm current availability, hire arrangements, suitable layouts and any event-specific requirements. Its combination of a bookable studio and wellness setting makes it a potential option for private events, group sessions and workshops in the Redding area.
