Nadelfabrik in Aachen offers event planners a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and cultural events. The historic former factory building combines an industrial character with modern, practical event spaces and is located right next to Kennedypark.
For smaller working sessions, there are two seminar rooms, both accessible to people with reduced mobility and each accommodating up to 30 people. Projectors, flip charts and display boards can be provided as needed. The 210-square-metre foyer is suitable for conferences, exhibitions, theatre performances and other events. It can accommodate up to 100 people with theatre-style seating, or up to 120 guests at a standing reception. The 120-square-metre cafeteria can also be used for breaks and receptions. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a serving hatch that can be used as a buffet area.
For outdoor events, Kennedybühne in the adjoining park is available to hire. The stage is particularly suitable for concerts and theatre performances and has seating. This makes it possible to plan a variety of event formats in one place, from a small meeting to a conference or an open-air programme. The rooms and spaces are rented out by the City of Aachen. Those interested can obtain information about the facilities and terms directly from Nadelfabrik.
