Espace Flora Tristan
- Route des Coteaux du Lyonnais, 69510 Soucieu-en-Jarrest, France
Hiring the entire venue allows for up to 400 people in a theatre-style layout or 300 people for a meal. Depending on the option chosen, organisers can use the backstage areas and control room, or use the stage for sound equipment. For smaller events, half of the hall is available with a kitchen and foyer, with capacity for 90 people in a meal layout. It is also possible to hire the bar on its own.
The venue has a stage and sound and lighting equipment. Access to the control rooms is subject to specific conditions, particularly for associations. The half-hall option includes a kitchen, which is useful for preparing or serving a meal. Layouts and capacities depend on the option booked, so it is helpful to specify the type of event and your requirements when making an enquiry.
Bookings are managed by the town council, which provides organisers with information about availability, prices and applicable terms. Local associations are given priority according to the municipal calendar. Private individuals can also hire the spaces, subject to the conditions set by the town. For people or organisations from outside Soucieu-en-Jarrest, hire requests may be considered depending on availability. The venue therefore offers several options for organising a local event, from a convivial meal to a performance for a larger audience.
