L'Espace Faubourg

83 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, 75010 Paris, France

L'Espace Faubourg offers two flexible rooms in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, near Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. The venue welcomes organisers looking for a practical setting to bring a team together, meet clients or hold a work session. The spaces are suitable for meetings, professional training sessions, seminars, workshops and brainstorming sessions. They can also be booked for an exhibition opening, a product presentation, a drinks reception or another business gathering.

The rooms can be hired separately, or the entire venue can be hired exclusively for a gathering in a space reserved for your guests. The layout works for a range of formats, from small-group meetings to events with more participants. One room has access to a terrace, which can provide a place to take a break or socialise. The equipment needed for meetings is available on site.

Participants have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Organisers can arrange simple catering or ask for information about the meal options available. They can also hire a caterer to tailor the offering to their event. Tea and coffee are provided for the teams, while additional services can be considered depending on the project.

Located on rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, the venue has a central address and is easy to reach by public transport. It is an option for businesses, training organisations and other professionals looking to hire a room in Paris for a half-day, a full day or a one-off meeting.
