Dover Hall

Dover Hall is a private estate venue in Manakin-Sabot, Virginia, offering a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate occasions and personal celebrations. The property combines a grand, English-inspired house with 55 acres of grounds, giving organisers a choice of elegant interiors and outdoor locations for different parts of an event.

Couples can plan ceremonies in the gardens or inside the house, followed by a drinks reception and a seated or informal-style celebration. Spaces include a ballroom, a glass-walled hall, terraces, gardens, a library and formal dining rooms. The Glass Hall can host up to 400 seated guests, while the ballroom and adjoining terrace offer another option for receptions and dancing. Dedicated preparation suites and private rooms are also available for wedding parties.

The venue welcomes company retreats, holiday parties, conferences, fundraising galas, milestone birthdays, private dinners and other celebrations. Its team offers tailored planning support, helping organisers shape menus, schedules and room layouts, and coordinating set-up, service and clear-down. In-house food and beverage service is available, with menus built around seasonal ingredients and options such as passed canapés, plated meals, buffet or action stations, and curated drinks. Venue equipment includes tables, chairs, linens, sound systems, microphones, projection equipment and screens. Dover Hall's flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, event support and on-site hospitality allow organisers to host different formats at one location, from a formal dinner to a larger reception or company gathering.
