Grab Your Axe

Grab Your Axe offers indoor axe throwing for groups at its GatSplat locations in Lewisville and Rowlett, Texas. It welcomes first-time throwers as well as people who have tried the activity before, with staff on hand to explain safe throwing and help participants get started. The Lewisville venue has eight lanes, and the Rowlett venue has ten. Each lane can accommodate up to six throwers, making the activity suitable for smaller groups and larger gatherings.

Organisers can book sessions for birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, reunions, anniversaries, graduations, family outings and company team-building events. Groups can book private events at different times by arrangement, and advance reservations are recommended. The experience centres on throwing axes at targets, with interactive projected games such as tic-tac-toe and other formats that add friendly competition. Ninja star throwing is also available for a different kind of challenge.

The venues are designed for guests aged 12 and over, with parental supervision required for younger participants. Closed-toe shoes are required. Groups can bring their own food or arrange delivery, and the business permits beer and wine under its stated per-person limit. At the Lewisville and Rowlett GatSplat locations, organisers can also ask about combining axe throwing with paintball, giving groups a choice of activities during one outing. Grab Your Axe serves organisers and groups from across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Fort Worth visitors who can use the Lewisville location.
