The Lodge at Boulder Lake

The Lodge at Boulder Lake is a private event venue in Troy, Missouri, set among woodland, landscaped grounds and a 13-acre lake. Its indoor ballroom can host up to 370 guests, making the property suitable for wedding receptions, ceremonies, parties, corporate events and meetings. Organisers can enquire about full-day weddings, smaller ceremonies, shorter events and multi-day bookings, with pricing tailored to the date and event format.

The setting offers several options for ceremonies and photographs, including a lakeside dock and beach, a gazebo, a trout pond and waterfall features. Inside, the lodge has timber details, a vaulted ceiling and a large stone fireplace. Event facilities include a stage, indoor and outdoor sound, multimedia equipment, a bar staffed by the venue, and separate buffet space. There are also dedicated rooms for wedding parties to get ready, an upstairs lounge and a pool table. Venue hire includes access to the lodge's event spaces and grounds, with tables and chairs set up by the team. An on-site coordinator is available to assist, and wedding bookings include coordination for selected arrangements such as a ceremony walkthrough.

Guests can extend their stay in the on-site cabins or use RV hook-up spaces. Accommodation includes larger cabins for groups and a smaller honeymoon cabin, offering a convenient option for wedding parties and visitors travelling to the venue. The Lodge also shares a list of recommended local caterers and other event suppliers, while allowing organisers to choose their own. Event planners can arrange a venue tour and request a quote directly from the team.
