Old Willis Dairy

Old Willis Dairy is a historic event venue in Tallahassee, Florida, set on the grounds of a former family dairy. Its countryside atmosphere and collection of indoor and outdoor spaces make it suitable for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations and other private events, as well as board meetings, retreats and company gatherings.

The venue brings together three areas in one hire. The renovated, timber-framed barn offers an indoor gathering space for up to 125 guests, with a stage, bar area, bathrooms and a designated space for caterers. Outdoors, a mature oak provides a natural setting for ceremonies and receptions, while the meadow offers open space, its own stage, a fire pit and bathroom facilities. The grounds are rented together rather than as separate spaces.

Tables and chairs are included, along with ivory or black table linens. There is parking for up to 45 cars, and a parking attendant is provided with the rental. Organisers can also make use of the indoor stage for live music. The property welcomes pets with prior approval, which may be helpful for couples planning a personal wedding day.

Located a short distance from downtown Tallahassee, Old Willis Dairy combines a restored historic setting with practical facilities for gatherings of different kinds. Nearby accommodation options are available through local partners, although lodging is not on site. Event planners can arrange a tour to see the barn, oak and meadow and discuss how the spaces can suit their event.
