Feestzaal 't Oud België rents multi-purpose spaces in Zwalm for a range of gatherings. The large 180 m² hall is suitable for family celebrations, birthdays, communions, baby showers, anniversaries, corporate events, post-funeral meals and receptions. Depending on the layout, it can accommodate 30 to 100 seated guests. For a reception or other event with standing guests, there is room for up to 130 people.

The hall is rented with a fitted bar and use of the fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Wifi and water, electricity and gas consumption are included, as are the end-of-event cleaning and waste disposal. There is a terrace at the back where guests can get together outdoors. Parking is available at the front and rear. For a party with a DJ, organisers must provide their own sound system, while a basic system with Bluetooth is available for background music.

Those arranging their own catering can work with a caterer of their choice. Drinks must be purchased through the venue. The professionally equipped kitchen can be hired for an additional fee, and includes ovens, a gas cooker and kitchen equipment.

In addition to the large hall, there is a smaller 40 m² multi-purpose room. It is available from Monday to Thursday and can accommodate around 20 people, depending on the layout. It can be used for a meeting, workshop, hobby group or small gathering. Tailored arrangements can be discussed for longer-term or regular hire. Rates and availability are available on request.
