The Venue at Bentley Ranch

The Venue at Bentley Ranch is a privately bookable event setting in Alvin, Texas, with rustic indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, celebrations and organised gatherings. Its barn provides a climate-controlled option for receptions, meetings and other events, while the surrounding grounds offer room for ceremonies, socialising and outdoor activities.

Organisers can choose from several outdoor locations, including covered pavilions, a pond-side setting and landscaped areas beneath mature trees. The venue's own information lists capacity for up to 100 guests indoors and 250 outdoors. Tables and chairs are available, with basic set-up provided, and the barn includes separate dressing rooms for wedding parties. A prep kitchen and bar area support events using outside caterers and bartenders. The venue does not provide catering, so organisers can work with their chosen food suppliers.

Weddings are a featured offering, with a full-day package that includes private use of the property, ceremony locations, reception space, parking, selected furnishings and a planning walkthrough. Couples can also ask about options such as a day-of coordinator, décor rental, rehearsal time and bartender services. Beyond weddings, the venue welcomes birthdays, anniversaries, showers, family reunions, fundraisers, corporate events and vendor shows. Hourly rental options are also described for a range of occasions.

The property has a fire pit, outdoor seating and parking areas, and overnight lodging is available separately. Visits are arranged by appointment, giving event planners an opportunity to view the spaces and discuss the needs of their event before booking.
