The salle de la Chesnaie is a municipal hall offered for hire by the town of les Ponts-de-Cé. It is suitable for organisers looking for a functional space for a family celebration, an association meeting or a professional event. Its 151 m² offer an adaptable layout, with a stated maximum capacity of 141 people seated or 155 standing. The hall can therefore accommodate both a convivial meal and a gathering where participants move around more.

On site, organisers have access to an entrance hall and a cloakroom equipped with three clothes rails with hangers. The furniture includes 143 folding chairs and 22 folding tables, as well as a whiteboard and five display panels. This equipment makes it possible to arrange the room according to requirements, whether tables are planned for a meal, rows of seats or a more open layout.

A catering area makes it easier to organise meals and receptions. It includes two refrigerators with freezer compartments, an electric cooker with four rings, an oven, a pot-wash sink, five rectangular tables and two half-moon tables. Crockery is not provided. Those responsible for the booking can enquire with the Maison des associations about availability and hire arrangements. The request can be made online or by telephone, at least fifteen days before the desired date. The hall is located on rue Abel Boutin-Desvignes, near the Centre Commercial bus stop, served by route 8. Parking is available on rue Abel Boutin-Desvignes and on the esplanade Claude-Gendron. Music must stop at 1 am.
