The Grand Halle on Broad Street

The Grand Halle is a historic event venue in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, available to organisers planning weddings, private celebrations, corporate functions and cultural gatherings. Its former church setting gives the space a distinctive architectural character, with Gothic Revival details, colourful stained-glass windows and a working pipe organ that can feature in ceremonies and music performances.

The venue offers flexible arrangements for wedding ceremonies, receptions or both, and also welcomes other social and organisational events. Couples can choose from dedicated rental options, with use of the building across two days. The venue's standard provisions include tables and chairs, selected linen colours, staffing, a planning meeting and post-event clean-up. Ceremony rehearsals can also be arranged, and the hall can serve as an indoor alternative if an outdoor ceremony is affected by poor weather.

The main hall accommodates seated receptions for up to 250 guests. Organisers can work with the venue's network of recommended caterers and other local suppliers to arrange the services that suit their event. The building's historic interior and resonant acoustics also make it a memorable setting for concerts and performances, including instrumental, choral and organ music.

Located in Johnstown's Cambria City neighbourhood, The Grand Halle provides a year-round setting for events that call for a characterful indoor space. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss availability, arrange a tour and confirm the details that matter for their plans.
