The Châtaigniers village hall in Goupillières offers private individuals a community venue to hire for a reception or private party. Located in the Châtaigniers park, at the top of the village, it can accommodate up to 150 people, subject to the safety regulations in force. The flexible hall can be set up to suit the event's needs, and its layout allows you to create a space for different types of gathering.
The venue includes an entrance with cloakrooms, a storage area where tables and chairs are available, toilets and a kitchen for reheating food. Crockery can also be hired at an additional cost. The hall is fitted with a sound limiter and display, designed to control noise levels and minimise disturbance to the neighbours. The venue may be used until 3 am at the latest.
Several hire options are available: a half-day, a weekday or a weekend package. Terms and prices vary, in particular depending on the time slot and whether or not the hirer lives in the commune. The kitchen can be used for an additional charge with the relevant options. To organise a family celebration or another private reception, organisers can request practical information and make a booking through Goupillières town hall. It is worth checking availability, applicable terms and the options you want with the town hall before finalising your plans.
