Wolf and Fox Winery at Woelfel Homestead

Wolf and Fox Winery at Woelfel Homestead offers a historic farm setting for weddings and private events in New Holstein, Wisconsin. The venue centres on a 19th-century barn set among farmland, mature trees and a pond, with indoor and outdoor locations for ceremonies and celebrations. Its countryside surroundings give organisers room to shape an occasion that feels personal, whether they are planning a wedding, reception or another private gathering.

The barn accommodates up to 150 seated guests. Tables and chairs are included, and the space has decorative chandeliers and string lighting, fans, microphones, surround-sound speakers and Bluetooth connectivity. A fully licensed bar is staffed by bartenders. The barn is not insulated, so the season and weather are part of planning an event there. Accessible toilets are available in the barn, and shuttle transport to ceremony sites can be arranged when needed.

Additional spaces support wedding-day preparations and guest comfort. The air-conditioned Milkhouse serves as a green room or bridal suite, with a nearby restroom. The Pond House offers a separate, informal spot to get ready, relax and spend time together before an event. The wider 80-acre homestead also includes outdoor areas for gatherings.

Event organisers can arrange a venue tour to explore the property and discuss their plans. The winery operates on the same grounds, bringing a vineyard and wine-focused setting to the farm experience. Barn events take place from May to October, so organisers should confirm seasonal availability and event arrangements directly with the venue.
