Bismarck Event Center

Bismarck Event Center provides bookable spaces in downtown Bismarck for conferences, trade shows, meetings, performances, banquets and wedding receptions. Its three venues offer different settings and capacities, so organisers can choose a large-scale space or a more intimate room to suit their programme.

The Arena has 46,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 9,500 guests. It is suited to major productions, concerts, sporting events, rodeos and family shows. The Exhibit Hall brings together four halls, six meeting rooms and more than 100,000 square feet of flexible space. Organisers can use it for conventions, vendor shows, meetings, banquets and other events, with a lobby for welcoming guests and registration. The venue also has truck bays to support event loading and unloading.

For smaller gatherings and business sessions, the centre offers meeting rooms and additional pre-function areas. Belle Mehus Auditorium, a historic downtown venue with seating for up to 850, provides a distinctive setting for performances, receptions, weddings and meetings.

Event planners can request space for corporate gatherings, trade shows and private celebrations, including wedding receptions. The centre's team can assist with event coordination, room set-up and production needs. Catering is available through the centre and a list of approved caterers, with in-house service limited to groups of 200. Complimentary public Wi-Fi and nearby parking add practical support for organisers and their guests.
