The Mill Event Venue LLC

The Mill Event Venue offers a distinctive setting for weddings and other gatherings in the restored Windsor Mill, a historic building dating back to 1899. Its upper-floor event space combines original brickwork, exposed structural details and tall windows with a clean, contemporary finish. The venue is in downtown Windsor, close to Windsor Lake, and includes an outdoor balcony and patio for guests to enjoy.

Couples can host ceremonies and receptions, while event planners can also book the space for corporate meetings and retreats, galas, fundraisers, holiday parties, showers, rehearsal dinners and celebrations of life. The room accommodates up to 150 guests for a seated event, with standing arrangements also available. A bridal house offers a separate place for wedding preparations.

Venue provisions include tables, chairs and linens, built-in audio, microphones and adjustable LED uplighting. An on-site property manager and event team provide support with arrangements and coordination. The venue has a catering preparation kitchen, but does not provide in-house catering. Organisers may choose from recommended caterers or arrange an approved, suitably insured caterer of their own. Bar service is handled by the venue, with bartenders and bar options arranged for the event.
