The M Building

The M Building is an event venue in Miami's Wynwood Art District, offering a distinctive setting for private celebrations, weddings, corporate receptions, shows and other gatherings. The two-storey property occupies a restored former warehouse and brings together contemporary design, gallery spaces and outdoor areas.

Organisers can make use of five gallery spaces, a tropical garden, a garden terrace and a formal living room. This variety gives planners options for arranging different parts of an occasion, from welcoming guests and hosting a reception to creating a setting for a presentation or celebration. The mix of indoor and outdoor spaces also allows events to make use of the garden alongside the building's interiors.

The venue's character is shaped by its industrial past, carefully considered restoration and permanent art displays. Its location in Wynwood places it within Miami's recognised arts district, close to the Design District. This makes the building a fitting choice for events where an art-focused neighbourhood and a gallery-like atmosphere are part of the appeal.

The M Building welcomes event enquiries and offers appointments for visitors who would like to view the property. Its spaces can suit planners seeking a memorable backdrop for a wedding, family celebration, corporate reception or show. Organisers can discuss their event requirements directly with the venue to establish which areas and arrangements are appropriate for their plans.
