Hines Hill Campus

Hines Hill Campus offers indoor and outdoor spaces for meetings, company gatherings and weddings in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, near Peninsula, Ohio. Set among meadows, woods and ponds, the campus brings together the Hines Hill Conference Center, the smaller Stone Cottage and a seasonal tent. The buildings and tent can be booked in combinations to suit different group sizes and event formats.

The Conference Center accommodates up to 40 guests and has an open main floor, a balcony seating area and a fireplace. Organisers can arrange tables in different layouts, making the room suitable for conference-style meetings, presentations and breakout activities. The Stone Cottage is a more intimate choice for groups of up to 12, with a conference table, living room and fireplace. Both spaces have Wi-Fi, a projection screen, easels, heating and air conditioning, and a small kitchen.

For larger or outdoor gatherings, the tent can host up to 150 people when rented alongside either indoor building. The wooded grounds, trails, patio and fire circle add options for breaks, informal activities and outdoor receptions. Hines Hill is also promoted for wedding ceremonies and receptions, with capacity depending on the spaces and arrangements selected.

Bookings are available for half-day, full-day and overnight use. The wider rental offer includes Wi-Fi, a projection screen, easel and parking, and an on-site event host is available.
