Camp Hidden Valley at Deer Creek Preserve

Camp Hidden Valley at Deer Creek Preserve is a woodland venue in White Hall, Maryland, where organisers can bring guests together for weddings, private celebrations, retreats, group outings and festivals. Its 180-acre setting combines indoor gathering space with outdoor locations and overnight accommodation, making it suitable for events that continue beyond a single day.

The Grand Lodge provides a flexible main hall for up to 180 guests, with heating and air conditioning, a fireplace, tables and benches. Organisers can use the commercial kitchen for food preparation and storage. Outside, a covered pavilion offers space for informal gatherings around a fire pit, while woodland clearings and an amphitheatre provide scenic settings for ceremonies and other activities. The amphitheatre has built-in seating for up to 160 guests.

For weddings and multi-day occasions, guests can stay in a range of on-site accommodation. Options include bungalows, family cabins, overnight cabins, a suite cabin, tent camping, a glamping-style tent and renovated school buses. The grounds also include a swimming pool, recreation room, trails, creek frontage and designated campfire areas. Seasonal use of the pool requires certified lifeguard supervision.

The venue welcomes organisers planning corporate retreats, reunions, scouting trips and outdoor programmes as well as wedding celebrations. Activities available across the property include hiking, swimming, archery, volleyball, basketball and tubing. With several distinct spaces and lodging on site, organisers can shape a gathering around the outdoors, accommodate overnight guests and make use of the camp setting for both scheduled activities and informal time together.
