The Culture House Stage & Studio

The Culture House Stage & Studio is a small theatre and event space inside Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, Kansas. Organisers can hire the venue for family-friendly performances, talks, meetings, parties and other gatherings. Its theatre layout provides seating for around 130 guests, making it a practical option for events that need an intimate audience setting rather than a large auditorium.

The stage measures 24 by 42 feet and is supported by basic sound equipment, LED stage lighting and a moveable spotlight. A digital projection wall can display presentations or serve as a backdrop, while the backstage area has two stage entrances and a small wing space. These facilities suit performances, presentations and community events that need a defined stage and audience area.

For events that are better suited to a more social layout, the room can be rearranged with banquet-style seating. A limited number of banquet tables are available, along with black or white tablecloths and coffee and tea service. Organisers submit an online application with their preferred dates and event details, after which the venue follows up to discuss requirements and confirm suitability. Hire rates vary by day of the week, and additional services may affect the final cost.

The Stage & Studio offers a compact, adaptable setting for organisers seeking an indoor venue in Overland Park, with built-in performance facilities and the option to change the room arrangement for smaller gatherings.
