Union Square Loft

Union Square Loft is a private event venue in Manhattan's Flatiron District, a short walk from Union Square. Its approximately 900-square-foot loft is available for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, showers, corporate gatherings, product launches, screenings, workshops and private dinners. The space also welcomes organisers planning fashion events, art exhibitions and other creative occasions.

The room has original cast-iron columns, hardwood floors and high ceilings, offering a distinctive New York setting for events of up to 60 guests. Its flexible layout can be arranged to suit a reception, seated gathering, presentation or celebration. Organisers can bring their own drinks, and a preparation kitchen and glassware are available. Sound, lighting and audiovisual equipment are included, along with an on-site host to assist during the booking.

The loft is offered in timed booking blocks, with pricing that varies according to the day and date. This straightforward venue hire makes it possible to plan an intimate event without sourcing core technical equipment separately. The building has lift access, including a freight lift for equipment and production needs, and the venue is close to several public transport links.

Union Square Loft also operates as a production studio, podcast recording space and focus group facility. For event planners, however, its central offering is a bookable, adaptable loft for private and corporate occasions. The venue's dedicated event offering includes wedding celebrations, making it an option for couples seeking a smaller Manhattan setting as well as organisers arranging business or social events.
