Salle Didier Latimier

118 Avenue du Driève, 38090 Villefontaine, France

The Didier Latimier hall is a municipal venue available to hire in Villefontaine for private events and gatherings. With an area of around 100 m², it is suitable for family celebrations, birthdays and other occasions bringing together friends, family or guests. It can accommodate up to 70 people seated, with tables and chairs provided on site.
Organisers also have access to a fridge, a microwave and a cold room. An adjoining courtyard provides additional outdoor space, while parking at Vellein makes it easier for guests to arrive. The hall includes ancillary areas, including a kitchen for reheating food, cloakrooms and toilet facilities, including toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility. The kitchen is intended for reheating food, not for cooking on site.
Bookings are made through the local authority, by appointment via its citizen portal. Requests are subject to availability and the municipality's allocation rules. Applicants are asked to specify the nature of the event, and bookings must be made within the time limits set by the town. The hire conditions also require the submission of an application file and the signing of an occupancy agreement. After the event, hirers must clean and tidy the hall, its equipment and the surrounding areas. This arrangement gives residents, associations and other authorised users a functional venue for organising a reception or meeting in a municipal setting.
