Big Oak Meadows

The Meadow Lodge at Big Oak Meadows offers organisers a country setting for private celebrations, group gatherings and overnight retreats in Burghill, Ohio. Set within a rural property of meadows, woodland, ponds and walking trails, the lodge provides indoor gathering rooms alongside outdoor areas for guests to spend time together.

The day-event facilities include a large gathering room, a sunroom and a kitchen, with picnic tables and a fire circle outdoors. The lodge can host sit-down celebrations for up to 64 guests. For larger occasions, such as graduation parties, family reunions and corporate events, organisers can use indoor and outdoor space for gatherings of up to 150 people. Availability for larger open-house-style events is seasonal, and the venue sets pricing according to the type of booking.

For overnight retreats, the lodge accommodates up to 36 guests in six bunk-style bedrooms, each with its own restroom. This makes it suitable for groups looking to combine time together with an overnight stay in a peaceful rural location. Organisers can ask about add-ons for day events, including linen, decor and vintage china dish rental.

Big Oak Meadows also operates a separate barn space for weddings and larger events on the property. The Meadow Lodge has its own event and retreat offering, making it a distinct option for showers, birthdays, family occasions and group stays. Organisers can request a digital brochure with pricing and availability, and arrange a venue tour through the business's enquiry form.
