Lynch Creek Farm

Set on a 55-acre farm near Kittrell, Lynch Creek Farm offers a rural setting for business meetings, group retreats and private gatherings. Its log cabin has two indoor meeting rooms, with flexible furniture arrangements and separate dining space. The venue recommends accommodating up to 14 people in each meeting room, while the cabin's porches provide additional informal space. For outdoor occasions, the terraced grounds can host groups of around 100, with on-site parking and amenities including a wood-fired oven, a large gas grill, refrigeration and Wi-Fi.

Organisers can enquire about day, evening and weekend meeting bookings, with options and services discussed to suit the occasion. Food service may be arranged separately, and a site visit is recommended when planning the requirements. The countryside setting also suits smaller celebrations: the farm hosts outdoor weddings for groups of fewer than 75 and dinner gatherings for wedding parties of fewer than 36. The grounds are also available to photographers for wedding portraits.

The cabin and its surrounding landscape offer a quieter alternative to a conventional meeting room, while remaining equipped for groups that need to work together. Lynch Creek Farm is a practical choice for organisers seeking an intimate venue for a meeting, retreat, outdoor event or small wedding in Franklin County. Advance enquiries are advised, particularly for groups needing tailored room layouts or food arrangements.
