Majestic Woods

Set across 77 acres of wooded countryside and rolling hills in Clymer, New York, Majestic Woods offers a private setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations. The grounds include ponds, a historic covered bridge and several outdoor ceremony locations, including a gazebo and woodland area. Couples can choose a natural backdrop for their ceremony before welcoming guests to the indoor reception hall or making use of outdoor space for their plans.

The reception hall has seating for up to 275 people, a dance floor, a covered patio and a working kitchen. Tables, chairs and some decorative pieces are available, while outdoor tent hire can provide another option for gatherings on the grounds. The property also has parking for around 150 cars and accessible facilities. For weddings, a bridal cabin is available for preparations, and shuttle transport around the grounds is offered. Additional accommodation options include the Carriage House Apartments and GM Cabin, with availability to be discussed directly with the venue.

Majestic Woods welcomes a range of bookings, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to birthdays, anniversaries and corporate or church events. The venue team arranges tours and discusses event requirements, timings and pricing with organisers. Catering is not provided in-house, but the team can recommend caterers they have worked with. Organisers can also request information about vendors and practical arrangements, then plan the day around the venue's indoor and outdoor facilities. Its countryside location near Findley Lake makes it a distinctive option for couples and organisers seeking a private event setting in Western New York.
