Gut Haarbecke is an event venue in Kierspe-Rönsahl, set in a rural landscape of meadows, fields and woods. Event planners can choose from several rooms and extensive outdoor grounds. The smaller party room is suitable for celebrations with up to 100 people. A bar and a large dance floor make it a good fit for birthdays, pre-wedding celebrations, weddings, confirmation celebrations and company parties. The room can be decorated in different ways and adapted to suit each occasion.

The party barn is available for larger gatherings. It can accommodate up to 500 people seated at tables or up to 790 guests at a standing event. A beer carousel and a spacious dance floor add to the facilities. The barn is suitable for wedding celebrations, larger family gatherings, corporate events and themed parties, among other occasions. Those needing even more space can hire the estate grounds for large events with up to 3,500 people. Possible occasions include larger corporate events, classic car meets, motorcycle meets and themed parties.

The different spaces make it possible to choose a venue that suits the number of guests and the planned schedule. For planning, it is advisable to liaise directly with the venue about availability, seating arrangements, facilities and organisational requirements. The estate also has a farm café that opens seasonally. The venue's offering is aimed at event planners and hosts looking for rooms or grounds for private celebrations and business events.
