The Forum

The Forum is a city-centre venue in Norwich offering a choice of spaces for organisers planning meetings, conferences, exhibitions, fairs, performances and public events. Its range of rooms and larger open areas allows events of different sizes and formats to be held within the same landmark building.

The Atrium is a light-filled space beneath a glass roof, available in sections or as a whole. It can host exhibitions, markets, community events and evening receptions, with capacity for seated or standing gatherings. The Auditorium provides tiered theatre seating and a private lobby, making it suited to talks, presentations and performances. The Gallery offers another option for exhibitions and events, with lighting and audiovisual facilities. Smaller meeting and working spaces are also available, including The View, which overlooks the Atrium. Outside areas can be hired for markets and fairs, while multispace and bespoke bookings can be discussed with the venue team.

Organisers can enquire about equipment, audiovisual options and catering arrangements. Tables and display boards are included with some bookings, subject to availability, and the venue can connect hirers with recommended catering suppliers. Wi-Fi is available, and the building has step-free access. An underground car park is on site, with public transport links nearby.

The Forum offers standard and not-for-profit hire rates, with eligibility for reduced pricing considered individually.
