Brick & Beam

Brick & Beam is a private-hire event venue in Jacksonville's Historic Springfield district, offering a characterful setting for weddings, celebrations and business gatherings. The venue brings together a 2,300-square-foot indoor parlor and an expansive outdoor back porch, giving organisers options for events that move between indoor and open-air spaces. The historic building's exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, ambient lighting and relaxed rustic details provide a distinctive backdrop that can suit both understated occasions and more lively celebrations.

Organisers can book the space for weddings, birthday parties, bridal showers, graduations, holiday parties, private dinners, corporate events and community gatherings. The venue also welcomes photography, film and television productions. Wedding bookings can include exclusive use of the venue, access to indoor and outdoor areas, a private bridal suite and floor plans tailored to the celebration. The space can accommodate up to 120 guests seated or 150 for a standing, cocktail-style event.

For private parties and other gatherings, half-day and full-day rental options offer flexibility around the event schedule. Tables, chairs and selected venue furniture are available, with the Brick & Beam team handling set-up and breakdown of its items. Organisers can bring in outside vendors, including caterers, and use the on-site warming kitchen and preparation area. The outdoor space includes built-in seating, landscaping, string lighting and a gazebo with a fire pit, while convenient parking is available nearby.

Brick & Beam offers consultations, venue visits and personalised quotes to help organisers plan a layout and package suited to their event. Its blend of indoor character, outdoor space and adaptable hire arrangements makes it an option for planners seeking a distinctive Jacksonville location for a gathering, reception or production.
