Brick & Mortar Venue

Brick & Mortar Venue is a bookable event space in downtown Wichita's Arena District, offering a characterful setting for weddings, private celebrations and corporate functions. Its restored industrial building pairs exposed brick, steel details and polished floors with modern facilities, giving organisers a distinctive backdrop that can be adapted to different event styles.

The venue has more than 24,000 square feet across several connected areas, including a main hall, the Topeka Room and a large covered outdoor patio. These spaces can be arranged for ceremonies, receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, banquets, conferences, company events and other gatherings. The patio offers an outdoor option with cover, while floor-to-ceiling doors connect it with the indoor areas. The venue states that it can host up to 300 guests.

Venue hire includes event tables and chairs, access to a warming kitchen and use of the patio and fire pits. Bridal and groom suites provide separate places to prepare, and can also be used as dressing or staging rooms for other occasions. The venue team can assist with supplier set-up, event-day support and guest needs, with optional linens, accessories and audio-visual support available. Bar and drink packages are provided by the venue's event-service partner.
