RSVP South End

RSVP South End is a private event venue in Charlotte's South End, offering organisers a choice of four distinct spaces that can be booked individually or combined for larger gatherings. The venue accommodates a broad range of occasions, from intimate celebrations and cocktail receptions to corporate functions, brand events and large private parties. A full venue buyout is also available, with capacity for more than 1,000 guests.

The spaces include a rooftop with skyline views, a stage area equipped for performances and presentations, an indoor-outdoor veranda and a speakeasy-inspired parlor. The rooftop and other areas feature installed sound and video equipment, configurable lighting, lounge seating and dedicated bar facilities. The stage space also has multi-camera production and broadcast capabilities, useful for events that need recorded or streamed content. An additional terrace can be booked with selected spaces for smaller gatherings or as an extra area for guests.

Organisers can discuss tailored floor plans, event coordination, catering, bar service, rentals and production support with the venue team. The spaces suit celebrations, receptions, company events and after-parties, with options to create different atmospheres within the same location. RSVP South End is in a walkable part of South End, close to the light rail and rideshare access, and provides more than 100 on-site parking spaces. Event planners can arrange a tour and submit an enquiry with their date, guest numbers and preferred spaces to check availability and discuss requirements.
