Mehrzweckhalle Engelsbrand is a municipal hall for events and part of the range of spaces offered by Gemeinde Engelsbrand. Its main hall is intended for clubs, institutions and groups that need a venue for their own events. The municipality manages the hall alongside other municipally owned spaces as a resource for local cultural, social and sporting life.
According to the booking portal, the Vereinszimmer at Mehrzweckhalle Engelsbrand is available to rent for private celebrations by residents. The main hall, by contrast, is not generally available for private celebrations and can only be used by clubs, institutions and groups for events. Event planners should take this into account when choosing a venue and making an enquiry.
Booking enquiries are handled through the Gemeinde Engelsbrand hall portal. It lists the available rooms and occupancy information. Reservations must be requested at least seven days in advance. If an event requires a fire safety watch, the relevant questionnaire must be submitted to the municipal administration no later than four weeks before the event. The municipality also publishes the terms of use and fees on the portal. The municipal administration can be contacted with questions about hiring the venue. The hall is therefore particularly suitable for local organisations looking for a municipal event space and wishing to arrange its use with the municipality.
