Lawrence Preserve at Horseleg Creek

Lawrence Preserve at Horseleg Creek is a countryside venue in Rome, Georgia, for weddings, private celebrations and selected business events. Its grounds offer a choice of indoor and outdoor settings, giving organisers options for ceremonies, receptions and gatherings of different styles. Couples can choose between the clubhouse and the Riverfront Pavilion, with outdoor ceremony locations that include a riverfront setting. The clubhouse has a covered porch, while the wider grounds provide scenic views and space for guests to enjoy the outdoors.

The venue also welcomes occasions such as proms, school functions, business meetings, class reunions, showers and rehearsal dinners. A smaller party room is available for more intimate bookings. For wedding rentals, the venue lists tables, chairs, security, a bridal suite and groomsmen quarters among the included features. Bar service is available, with the venue providing alcohol and bartenders. Organisers can ask the team about arrangements for non-wedding events and receptions.

Beyond event hire, the property has a swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball facilities, and poolside birthday parties are available to members. These amenities add options for leisure and activity-led gatherings alongside the main venue spaces. With several settings on one property, event planners can discuss which location best suits their occasion, guest numbers and plans for the day. Lawrence Preserve is a local option for organisers seeking a flexible venue in Rome for a wedding, family celebration, reunion, school event or business gathering.
