Foxfire Ranch

Foxfire Ranch is an event venue set across 80 acres in Waterford, Mississippi, within driving distance of Oxford and Memphis. Its rural setting, open grounds and choice of indoor and outdoor spaces make it suitable for weddings, private celebrations, retreats and larger gatherings.

The venue includes a 5,000-square-foot open-air pavilion, an indoor banquet hall, an outdoor wedding shelter and multiple stages. Couples can plan ceremonies and receptions in different parts of the property, with the landscape and oak trees providing a natural backdrop. The ranch also welcomes family reunions, quinceañeras, baby showers, festivals and other occasions, with the event layout shaped around each group's plans.

For organisations, companies and community groups, Foxfire offers tailored retreats that can include planning and facilitation, meals, accommodation coordination, ceremonies and use of the ranch's trails and gathering spaces. Four on-site cabins provide accommodation options for groups wishing to stay overnight or make a celebration into a longer visit. The cabins vary in layout and facilities, with options for wedding parties, families and other guests.

Food is available through the ranch's catering kitchen, with Southern-style menus and vegetarian and vegan choices. Organisers can enquire about the date, expected guest numbers, group accommodation and event requirements through the venue's contact form. With event spaces, lodging, food and open countryside on one property, Foxfire Ranch offers a setting for organisers planning occasions that benefit from a private, multi-day or outdoor atmosphere.
