Bishop Venues

Bishop Venues is a contemporary barn-style setting in Rougemont, North Carolina, for weddings and other special occasions. Set among 50 acres of farmland, the property gives event planners a private countryside location with open views, a pond and several distinct spaces to shape the day around the occasion and guest list.

The venue combines an industrial-inspired barn aesthetic with polished finishes. Its grand room can host up to 160 guests and features large doors that open towards the outdoors, creating a flexible setting for ceremonies, receptions and celebrations. A covered pavilion offers another sheltered space, with a built-in stage for ceremonies or live entertainment. The string-lit courtyard can be used for an outdoor ceremony or drinks reception, while the pond and surrounding fields provide scenic settings for photographs and time outside.

Couples can make use of separate bridal and groom suites to get ready on site. Other facilities include custom bars, a partial catering kitchen and parking for guests and suppliers. The indoor and covered areas are designed to support events throughout the year, with options to move between spaces as the programme unfolds. Covered seated events can accommodate around 200 guests, while outdoor or cocktail-style gatherings can welcome more.

Bishop Venues focuses especially on weddings, while also offering its spaces for other special events. Organisers can arrange a tour to explore the property and discuss how its indoor and outdoor areas could work for their plans.
