Sweet Briar Farm

Sweet Briar Farm is a private event venue in Linden, East Texas, set among the trees and landscapes of the Piney Woods. Its main space is a rustic barn with a contemporary glass-and-steel feel, offering organisers a distinctive setting for weddings and other celebrations. Gardens and outdoor areas provide additional options for ceremonies, photographs and time spent with guests.

The venue welcomes couples planning wedding ceremonies and receptions, with rental options that can cover a single day or a longer weekend. Organisers can also book the property for showers, birthday parties, family and class reunions, graduation and retirement celebrations, holiday gatherings, company picnics and corporate retreats. The reception space can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, making it suitable for both intimate occasions and larger gatherings.

Rental arrangements include use of tables and chairs, with set-up, tear-down and clean-up provisions varying by package. Some options include access over several days, which can give couples time for rehearsal, decorating and clearing the space after their celebration. Party and shower bookings are also available by the hour. Décor and food-service equipment rental options are mentioned by the venue, allowing organisers to ask about practical additions when planning their booking.

Sweet Briar Farm operates by reservation, and visits are arranged by appointment. Event planners can enquire about available dates, the venue layout and the arrangements that best suit their event. The combination of a characterful barn, outdoor scenery and flexible hire periods makes it a local option for weddings, private parties and selected corporate occasions.
