The Fitzgerald Pillars

The Fitzgerald Pillars is a historic event venue in downtown Fitzgerald, Georgia, offering indoor spaces for weddings, receptions, private celebrations and business events. The restored property combines the character of an early twentieth-century home with a large ballroom added in the 1950s, giving organisers a choice of settings for both intimate gatherings and larger occasions.

The venue has two principal spaces. The Gallery measures 1,200 square feet and can host a ceremony for up to 100 guests, a reception for up to 90, or a seated event for up to 70. The 3,200-square-foot Ballroom is suited to larger celebrations, with capacity for up to 350 guests at a reception or 200 seated. Organisers can also hire both rooms together, allowing different parts of an event to take place in separate spaces.

Wedding options include packages with access to both the Gallery and Ballroom, and couples can hold their ceremony indoors or on the front patio. The venue also welcomes corporate conferences, class reunions and other special events. Its event hire includes tables and mahogany Chiavari chairs, an in-house sound system for speeches and recorded music, and white tablecloths for a specified number of tables. Seasonal details in the Gallery can be removed to suit the occasion, while organisers can provide their own additional décor.
