Lebanon Fairgrounds

Lebanon Fairgrounds is a city-run event location in Lebanon, Missouri, with spaces suited to a broad range of public and private gatherings. Organisers can consider indoor facilities such as the Mills Center, as well as agricultural buildings and outdoor areas including the pulling track. The different spaces offer options for events that need a hall, an open-air setting or an arena-style site.

The Mills Center provides 3,800 square feet of indoor floor space. Its kitchen is equipped for food preparation, and a stage and PA system can be requested. Bathrooms and showers are also available. The room can be arranged for family reunions, dinners, meetings, weddings and receptions, pageants, craft shows and vendor events. The city’s facility information lists seating for up to 285 guests at tables and chairs, or up to 350 in chairs only.

Other fairgrounds facilities are used for agricultural activities, exhibitions, community events and shows. Rental options and equipment vary by space, so organisers can enquire about the best fit, availability and arrangements for their event. City information also lists event essentials such as tables, chairs and staging among its rental options. The fairgrounds’ varied indoor and outdoor settings make it a practical choice for organisers planning gatherings in the Lebanon area, from smaller functions to larger public events.
