The Venue at Live Oak

The Venue at Live Oak is a bookable event space in north-east Midland, Texas, set among mature oak trees. Its flexible indoor and outdoor areas suit wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate functions, quinceañeras and Sweet 16s, graduation celebrations, showers, holiday parties, fundraisers and live music events. The venue is designed to give organisers room to shape the setting around their own event, whether they are planning a formal gathering or a lively celebration.

The main building includes a high-ceilinged ballroom with tall windows and a prep kitchen for caterers. Additional spaces include a bridal suite and a groom’s room, providing private areas for wedding parties. Outside, the enclosed patio and landscaped grounds offer options for smaller gatherings and outdoor ceremonies. A covered event tent of around 2,400 square feet provides a sheltered setting with room for a reception layout, stage and dance floor.

Wedding bookings can include access to several spaces for the day, with tables and chairs arranged for indoor and outdoor use. The venue also provides linens, and organisers can ask about additional hire items and chair options. For events serving alcohol, the venue handles bar service through its own licensed operation, with bar staff hired through the venue. Clients are asked to arrange a day-of-event coordinator, and an in-house coordinator is available to hire. A venue representative is also available during events for facility-related assistance. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their plans, review packages and arrange a tour of the property.
