Riverview Manor

Riverview Manor is a historic estate venue in Hurt, Virginia, offering couples and event organisers a choice of scenic settings for ceremonies and receptions. Established in the eighteenth century and set across 197 acres, the property combines historic character with open countryside and views towards the Blue Ridge Mountains. Its grounds can host events for up to 200 guests.

Organisers can choose from several ceremony locations, including the garden, lawn and pond, or arrange a setting elsewhere on the estate. The barn provides a rustic-style option for celebrations, while the manor house adds a historic backdrop. A bridal suite in the manor and a cabin for getting ready give wedding parties places to prepare before the event. The variety of indoor and outdoor spaces allows couples to shape the atmosphere around their plans and the landscape.

The venue focuses particularly on weddings, including ceremonies and receptions, and also welcomes other special events. Its website invites prospective clients to arrange a private tour and request information about availability and pricing. This gives organisers an opportunity to see the different sites and discuss which setting may suit their guest numbers and event plans. The estate’s combination of gardens, open lawns, water views and historic buildings makes it a distinctive countryside choice for celebrations in the Hurt area, within reach of Lynchburg.
