Susan's House of Magic

Susan's House of Magic is a private event venue in the Pelham Bay area of the Bronx, welcoming organisers of family celebrations and small business gatherings. The indoor space can host up to 65 guests and is suited to baby and bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, private parties, meetings, training sessions and disco-style celebrations. Events are held privately, making the venue a practical choice for hosts who want their guests together in a dedicated setting.

Organisers can bring their own food, cake and drinks, or arrange catering through the venue’s listed food partners. The room includes banquet tables and seating, a staffed bar, buffet equipment, refrigeration, a freezer, microwave and sink. A lounge gives guests a place to relax, while a separate lower-level area is available for the guest of honour and close family. The venue also provides set-up time and post-event clean-up, with staff support available during celebrations.

For parties, the space has sound and lighting features, a screen for slideshows, Wi-Fi and dance-floor-style lighting. Optional additions include linen and backdrop packages, a candy station and a DJ. Organisers can also enquire about booked entertainment such as magic shows, balloon animals and face painting, particularly for children’s parties. Weekday daytime bookings are offered for meetings, training and presentations. The venue states that wheelchair access is available, with an accessible entrance and facilities. Its range of room features and optional extras allows hosts to shape a gathering around their occasion, while keeping the venue itself as the central booking.
