The Warehouse

The Warehouse is a flexible studio and event space in Troy, Ohio, available for creative work and small celebrations. Its open, industrial-style interior can be kept simple or dressed to suit the occasion, giving organisers room to shape the setting for weddings, birthday parties, bridal showers, graduation celebrations and other gatherings. The same space is also available to photographers, videographers and other creators who need a studio for shoots or content production.

The venue offers approximately 2,500 square feet on one level, with white walls, concrete floors and garage-door access for bringing in equipment, props and decorations. Event bookings include tables and black metal chairs, along with a rolling bar cart. Additional items can be hired, including a mobile bar, a boxwood wall, an easel, a chalkboard and a leather sofa. The space can accommodate gatherings of up to 125 people, while the supplied seating arrangement is suited to smaller groups.

Organisers can book by the hour and choose the time needed for their event, including any set-up or pack-down period. Tables and chairs are provided, but clients arrange and clear the space themselves. There is no accessible kitchen, so organisers should plan food service accordingly. Renters may bring and serve alcohol and are responsible for its service and clean-up.

The Warehouse is at street level, with accessible entry and parking close to the entrance, plus further parking nearby. Its central Troy location is a short distance from local restaurants, shops and parks. The venue provides a straightforward blank canvas for hosts seeking a private setting, while creators can use the studio configuration to produce photographs and video.
