DeerRidge Estate By Brophy

Set in the Catskill Mountains near the Upper Delaware River, DeerRidge Estate By Brophy offers event organisers a private countryside venue with on-site accommodation for groups of up to 40 guests. It suits outdoor weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, college reunions and other gatherings where guests can stay together rather than travel back and forth.

The estate is arranged as one property with three separate units: a main lodge, a one-bedroom unit and a five-bedroom unit. Across the estate there are 17 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and three kitchens, along with a large dining area, a sports and games room, and a covered veranda. This layout gives groups shared spaces for spending time together while retaining separate areas for overnight guests.

For weddings and celebrations, the property can host outdoor ceremonies and tented events in a rural setting. Its grounds sit among the Catskill landscape, close to the river and surrounding countryside. The location also gives retreat groups a quieter base away from the city, with space to meet, dine and relax during a multi-day stay.

DeerRidge is one of two Estates by Brophy properties. Organisers may be able to combine it with nearby RiverView Estate for larger gatherings and additional overnight accommodation. Event coordination and other wedding-related options are available by enquiry, while catering and other suppliers can be arranged separately. Contact the estate to discuss dates, guest numbers, event arrangements and accommodation availability.
