The Friesian Empire Wedding & Events Center

The Friesian Empire Wedding & Events Center is a distinctive venue in Westerville, Ohio, where event organisers can host weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations in a former equestrian setting. The property covers nearly 50 wooded and scenic acres, with ponds, open outdoor areas and white-fenced pastures. Inside, around 42,000 square feet of event space is arranged across several different rooms, giving planners options for both intimate gatherings and large-scale occasions.

The Grand Room provides a substantial setting for receptions, dinners and corporate events, while the Lounge offers a more relaxed space for guests to gather. The Connection includes bridal and groom suites, a catering kitchen, restrooms and seating. A recreated Old West Town adds a themed backdrop for celebrations, reunions and company events. The venue also has outdoor areas suited to ceremonies, photographs, tented gatherings and other open-air occasions. The business states that the property can host events of up to 1,888 guests indoors, with smaller spaces available for more intimate groups.

Couples can arrange both their ceremony and reception on the grounds, including use of a small chapel and a range of outdoor ceremony settings. The venue also welcomes birthdays, showers, reunions, proms, holiday parties, conferences and company celebrations. Its team offers planning guidance and can help organisers consider layouts, technical requirements and suitable suppliers. A preferred-vendor network includes caterers, florists, photographers and other event professionals. Gated access, monitored cameras, extensive parking and optional valet, parking attendants or security patrols provide further practical support. Spaces and combinations can be selected to suit the occasion, from individual rooms to larger areas of the property.
