GARZA STUDIOS

GARZA STUDIOS offers a collection of bookable rehearsal and performance spaces in Houston’s Historic Second Ward. The studios suit organisers looking for a practical setting for intimate arts events, workshops and small gatherings, as well as performers and teachers who need a room for rehearsal, instruction or coaching.

The rooms vary in size and facilities, allowing organisers to choose a space suited to their format. Some are equipped with pianos, including grand pianos, while selected studios also offer mirrors, music stands and chairs. Larger rooms can be arranged for performances and gatherings with an audience. Depending on the studio and booking type, available spaces can accommodate music recitals, masterclasses, seminars, workshops, small theatre presentations and community or corporate meetings. Dance and theatre rehearsals, music practice, recording sessions and classes are also among the uses supported by the studios.

Several rooms have defined event booking options for performances or sessions with an audience. These may include audience seating, lighting or other room equipment, with details varying by space. Smaller studios are available for focused practice, lessons and coaching, while larger rooms provide more room for ensembles, classes and presentations. Organisers can check studio availability and make bookings through the online portal. Tours and access are arranged by appointment, and the business asks prospective clients to get in touch directly with questions about event bookings or studio hire.

Located on North Milby Street, GARZA STUDIOS provides an arts-focused alternative to a conventional function room. Its range of spaces makes it suitable for organisers planning a compact recital, a rehearsal-led session or a community gathering that benefits from a dedicated studio environment.
